Duseca Software is seeking a skilled Flutter Backend Developer with 1 to 3 years of professional experience to join their team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Flutter and Dart development, capable of building and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. This role requires working onsite with a shift timing from 12 AM to 8 AM, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless app experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and deploy Flutter applications using Dart for Android and iOS platforms.
- Implement state management solutions such as GetX, BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod to ensure efficient app performance.
- Translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect mobile user interfaces.
- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, Supabase, PostgreSQL, and other third-party services to enhance app functionality.
- Implement core app features including authentication, push notifications, and secure storage.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing projects to maintain application stability and performance.
- Optimize app performance and ensure adherence to clean architecture principles and code quality standards.
- Conduct thorough testing, participate in code reviews, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Manage app releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring smooth deployment processes.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers to meet project goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Flutter development with strong proficiency in Dart.
- Hands-on experience with state management techniques such as GetX, BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod.
- Proven experience integrating APIs, databases, and third-party services into mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of clean architecture, debugging, testing methodologies, and performance optimization.
- Ability to take ownership of existing codebases, quickly understand unfamiliar projects, and independently resolve issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with effective communication and teamwork abilities.
