Flutter Developer

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in building, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart. This role demands strong technical fundamentals, a keen eye for UI/UX details, and the ability to convert Figma designs and business requirements into scalable, responsive, and production-ready mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build reusable widgets, components, and application architecture to support scalable development.
- Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Implement core app functionalities such as authentication, user profiles, subscriptions, payments, notifications, and messaging.
- Utilize Firebase services including Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Manage secure local storage, caching, and application data effectively.
- Work with state management solutions like BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX.
- Handle application lifecycle events, navigation, deep linking, permissions, and background processes.
- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, memory usage, and startup times.
- Identify and resolve bugs, crashes, UI issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure consistent functionality across various Android and iOS devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate closely with backend developers to define and integrate APIs.
- Work alongside QA engineers to address issues found during testing.
- Maintain existing applications while implementing new features and improvements.
- Prepare production builds and manage application releases.
- Oversee deployment and updates through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Follow clean coding practices, version control protocols, documentation standards, and mobile development best practices.

Required Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Flutter development.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart programming languages.
- Proven track record of developing and publishing production-ready mobile applications.
- Deep understanding of Flutter widgets, layouts, navigation, animations, and application lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with state management techniques such as BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX.
- Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON-based services.
- Practical knowledge of Firebase services and their implementation.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms, including tokens, sessions, and secure data storage.
- Experience with local databases and storage solutions such as SQLite, Hive, or SharedPreferences.
- Good grasp of asynchronous programming concepts including Futures, Streams, and isolates.
- Experience integrating third-party SDKs and APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Awareness of mobile application security best practices and performance optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in debugging applications using Flutter and native debugging tools.
- Understanding of platform-specific requirements for both Android and iOS.
- Experience preparing and publishing apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
