Flutter Developer

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join a leading Software Development and IT Solutions provider based in Karachi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid setup, contributing to the development and maintenance of cutting-edge mobile applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly apps while ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration with backend services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to define and implement new features.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external data sources to enhance app functionality.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks promptly.
- Maintain high standards of code quality through thorough testing and documentation.
- Participate actively in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in mobile app development, suitable for junior to mid-level developers.
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart programming language.
- Solid understanding of state management techniques such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
- Experience with Firebase services and backend integrations.
- Proficient in working with REST APIs and JSON data formats.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience publishing applications on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Additional Details:
- Working hours are from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Work schedule includes Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays on.
- This is a full-time onsite position located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
