This investment is driving the company’s AI-first roadmap, expanding into Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM), and supporting international growth across Europe and beyond. Joblogic’s platform serves over 100,000 users in industries such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical maintenance, and facilities management, enabling businesses to streamline operations, improve profitability, and embrace intelligent automation and predictive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality, secure, and performant mobile applications using Flutter.
- Translate and migrate existing mobile app functionality into Flutter while preserving business logic and user experience consistency across iOS and Android platforms.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend APIs, ensuring reliable online and offline performance.
- Implement mobile application security best practices, including secure local storage, data encryption, certificate pinning, and secure authentication/session management.
- Manage data exchange between the app and backend services with encryption both in transit and at rest.
- Build offline-first functionality with reliable background synchronization using local storage solutions such as SQLite, Hive, or secure/shared preferences.
- Optimize app performance by handling large data volumes with techniques like pagination, lazy loading, caching, and efficient list rendering.
- Apply state management approaches (e.g., Provider, Bloc/Cubit, Riverpod, GetX) to develop scalable and maintainable applications.
- Write and maintain widget, unit, and integration tests, and use debugging and profiling tools to identify performance and memory issues.
- Work with third-party SDKs, native platform channels, and plugins to bridge Flutter with native iOS and Android features.
- Utilize AI-assisted coding tools to enhance productivity while maintaining code quality.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using tools such as Jira and Slack.
- Contribute innovative ideas aligned with current technology trends and proactively solve problems.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with a strong understanding of widget lifecycle and reactive architecture for cross-platform development.
- Experience in porting existing mobile applications to Flutter, ensuring functional parity and smooth migration.
- Strong knowledge of mobile security practices and secure data handling.
- Skilled in consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs with token-based authentication and robust error handling.
- Hands-on experience with offline-first app development and local data storage solutions.
- Expertise in managing large datasets efficiently within mobile apps.
- Familiarity with state management frameworks and testing methodologies.
- Ability to integrate native platform features through plugins and SDKs.
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience publishing and maintaining apps on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps, Fastlane, or Codemagic.
- Understanding of push notifications, deep linking, and background processing in Flutter.
- Basic knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
- Experience with Azure DevOps repositories and practices.

Additional Information:
