Flutter Developer

We are seeking an experienced Flutter developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of secure, high-performance mobile applications. This role involves building new features in Flutter, migrating existing app functionality, integrating backend APIs, and ensuring reliable app performance both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new features using Flutter and Dart, ensuring a seamless cross-platform experience on iOS and Android.
- Translate and port existing mobile applications into Flutter while preserving business logic and user experience consistency.
- Re-implement app features in Flutter with functional parity, minimizing regressions and ensuring smooth migration for users.
- Apply best practices in mobile application security, including secure local storage, data encryption, certificate pinning, and secure authentication/session management.
- Integrate RESTful and GraphQL backend APIs, handling token-based authentication, structured error handling, and retry/timeout mechanisms.
- Ensure secure data exchange between mobile apps and backend services, with encryption both in transit and at rest.
- Utilize local storage solutions such as SQLite, Hive, and secure/shared preferences to support offline-first functionality and reliable background synchronization.
- Optimize app performance by managing large data volumes through pagination, lazy loading, caching, and efficient list rendering.
- Employ state management techniques (Provider, Bloc/Cubit, Riverpod, GetX) to build scalable and maintainable applications.
- Write and maintain widget, unit, and integration tests, using debugging and profiling tools to identify and resolve performance or memory issues.
- Work with third-party SDKs, native platform channels, and plugins to bridge Flutter with native iOS and Android features.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to enhance productivity while maintaining high code quality.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using tools like Jira and Slack.
- Contribute innovative ideas aligned with current technological trends and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with in-depth knowledge of widget lifecycle and reactive architecture.
- Proven experience in migrating and porting mobile applications to Flutter.
- Solid understanding of mobile app security principles and best practices.
- Experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs with secure authentication.
- Hands-on expertise with local storage and offline-first app design.
- Ability to optimize app performance for large datasets.
- Familiarity with popular state management solutions.
- Experience in testing, debugging, and profiling Flutter applications.
- Capability to work with native platform integrations and third-party SDKs.
- Effective communication skills and experience collaborating within agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience publishing and maintaining apps on Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Knowledge of mobile CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps, Fastlane, or Codemagic.
- Understanding of push notifications, deep linking, and background processing in Flutter.
- Basic skills in native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps repositories and workflows.
