We are seeking a talented Flutter developer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team on a project-based engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, fast, and polished mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms. This remote position offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to an exciting project with potential for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs such as payment gateways, maps, and push notifications.
- Manage application state effectively using Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or similar state management solutions.
- Write well-structured, testable code and actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Publish and maintain apps on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Debug, profile, and optimize app performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
- Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- At least one published app available on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store (app links should be provided).
- Experience with state management techniques and clean architecture patterns.
- Familiarity with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
