Flutter Mobile App Developer – iOS & Android

We are seeking a talented Flutter App Developer to join our development team. The successful candidate will have practical experience in building, maintaining, and publishing high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. This role involves collaborating closely with backend developers, designers, and other team members to deliver responsive, user-friendly apps optimized for performance across various devices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces based on provided designs.
- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services, third-party SDKs, and payment gateways.
- Manage application state using solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, performance issues, and app crashes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including backend developers and designers.
- Optimize applications for different screen sizes and overall performance.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-structured code adhering to best practices.
- Handle app updates and support publishing on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Conduct thorough testing of applications prior to production releases.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling.
- Experience working with Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Notifications, and Crashlytics.
- Familiarity with mobile application architecture and state management techniques.
- Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub.
- Knowledge of Android and iOS application lifecycle and deployment processes.
- Ability to independently debug and resolve technical challenges.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with in-app purchases and subscription models.
- Exposure to integrating AI APIs or other third-party APIs.
- Familiarity with App Store Connect and Google Play Console for app publishing.
- Knowledge of push notifications, deep linking, analytics, and mobile advertisements.

This is a full-time position based at our office, offering a monthly salary range of Rs30,000 to Rs60,000. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with 1–2+ years of relevant Flutter development experience are encouraged to apply.
