Enaara Facilities and Management is seeking a dynamic, presentable, and customer-oriented Waiter to join the Food Court team at the MSR Madison Square Mall, Saddar. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a pleasant and efficient dining experience for mall visitors. This position requires maintaining high service standards while performing rotational duties across various food court stations. The role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers and assist them in finding available seating within the food court.
- Present menus, accurately take food and beverage orders, and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and temperature.
- Monitor assigned tables throughout the dining experience, addressing customer needs proactively.
- Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain seating availability during busy periods.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the serving area, tables, and surrounding food court spaces.
- Assist in restocking essential items such as condiments, napkins, and cutlery.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and cashier teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Rotate across different food court stations and duty areas as directed by the supervisor.
- Support the team during peak hours, weekends, and special mall events.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar food service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed appearance, and professional demeanor.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-footfall, fast-paced food court environment.
- Flexibility to perform rotational duties across various stations and areas.
- Physically fit, capable of standing and moving for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and a cooperative team player.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safe serving practices.
- Willingness to work six days a week, including weekends and public holidays, according to shift schedules.
