We are seeking a dedicated Food Sample Reporting Officer to oversee the collection, testing, and reporting of food samples. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the laboratory team to ensure samples are properly collected, tested, and documented. Your responsibilities will include compiling accurate test results and preparing detailed reports to support quality assurance and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect food samples and ensure timely delivery to the laboratory.
- Conduct and monitor the testing process for each sample.
- Accurately record testing results and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Generate daily and weekly reports for submission to senior management.
- Maintain organized records and files in both manual and digital formats.
- Promptly report any issues, discrepancies, or delays encountered during the process.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Some experience in reporting and record-keeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail are essential.

This is a full-time position with a monthly salary range of Rs70,000 to Rs100,000. The role requires working on-site to ensure smooth coordination with the laboratory team and timely handling of samples.
