We are seeking a dedicated Food Server to enhance the guest experience by ensuring smooth order execution, timely service, and impeccable presentation. This role involves managing the flow of service from taking accurate orders to maintaining table readiness, all while supporting the overall dining experience. The ideal candidate will work closely with the kitchen and service team to uphold high standards and assist guests whenever necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter orders accurately and maintain strict system discipline.
- Manage course pacing and support overall table management.
- Follow allergy confirmation protocols to ensure guest safety.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and the pass to ensure timely service.
- Maintain service standards and ensure tables are always ready for guests.
- Assist in guest recovery efforts when required to resolve any service issues.
Required Qualifications
- Clear and confident spoken English is essential for effective communication.
- Professional grooming and presentation are mandatory to represent the restaurant’s standards.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience in a similar food service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- The position is based at Emaar, DHA Phase 8, Karachi, with in-person work required.
- The working schedule consists of six days per week, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Salary ranges from PKR 45,000 to PKR 50,000 per month, depending on experience.
- A monthly food allowance is also provided as part of the compensation package.
