Food Technologist - Research & Development

We are looking for a skilled Research & Development Executive to join our team and contribute to the advancement of our food products and processes. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing R&D strategies that align with the company’s goals within the food sector. You will play a key role in driving innovation, ensuring quality, and facilitating the smooth transition of new products from development to production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage research and development activities focused on new food products and processes.
- Oversee the testing and optimization of food formulations to maintain quality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to guarantee a seamless handover from R&D to full-scale manufacturing.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the food industry to continuously improve product development efforts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and sanitation regulations throughout the R&D process.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in research and development within a food manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing food production operations.
- Strong knowledge of safety and sanitation standards applicable to food manufacturing.
- Excellent leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
- Capability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred as the minimum educational qualification.
- This is a full-time, in-person position.
- Candidates residing in or near Malir, Landhi, Korangi, Shah Latif Town, Port Qasim, Gulshan-e-Hadeed, Quaidabad, or surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
