We are seeking an experienced and responsible Foreman to oversee daily site activities and supervise workers. The ideal candidate will ensure that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project instructions and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership to manage the workforce and maintain smooth operations on site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide workers throughout the site to ensure productivity and adherence to standards.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to meet project timelines.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to drawings, instructions, and technical specifications.
- Monitor the quality of workmanship and promptly report any issues to management.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain discipline and enforce safety protocols at the worksite.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and other site personnel to facilitate smooth operations.
- Keep accurate records of daily work progress and manpower deployment.
- Report daily updates on work progress, manpower, and site activities to the Project Coordinator.
- Communicate material requirements and report any shortages to the Project Coordinator.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Required Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory capacity within construction or site management.
- Strong knowledge of site operations and construction processes.
- Proven ability to manage and supervise teams effectively.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and meet project deadlines consistently.
- Responsible, hardworking, and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Compensation:
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Work Location:
This is an in-person role requiring presence at the construction site.
