Shenjiao Engineering Company (Private) Limited is looking for an experienced Fabrication Foreman to oversee daily operations in their steel structure fabrication workshop located in Lahore, Pakistan. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in steel fabrication, a thorough understanding of structural drawings, and proven skills in managing workshop activities and workforce. This full-time role demands a proactive leader who can ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are consistently met while coordinating with various departments to achieve production goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily steel fabrication activities within the workshop.
- Read, interpret, and apply structural and fabrication drawings accurately.
- Ensure all fabrication work complies with approved drawings, dimensions, and specifications.
- Assign daily tasks to fabricators, welders, fitters, grinders, and other workshop personnel.
- Oversee cutting, fitting, welding, drilling, grinding, and assembly processes.
- Optimize material usage and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate effectively with the Production Manager, Quality Control, and other relevant departments.
- Monitor daily production targets and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain quality standards and dimensional accuracy throughout fabrication.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues related to fabrication.
- Enforce workshop discipline, productivity, and proper housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) rules, including proper use of PPE.
- Prepare and submit daily production and manpower progress reports.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in steel structure fabrication.
- Strong practical knowledge of structural steel fabrication and workshop operations.
- Ability to read and interpret structural, fabrication, and assembly drawings independently.
- Good understanding of welding processes, fitting, cutting, drilling, grinding, and assembly techniques.
- Familiarity with fabrication tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Proven ability to manage and supervise a team of fabricators, welders, and helpers.
- Solid understanding of quality requirements, measurements, tolerances, and material specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet production targets and work efficiently under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Candidates with experience in pre-engineered buildings (PEB), steel structures, or heavy fabrication projects will be preferred. The company offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills.
