Forex Sales Representative

We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Forex Sales Representatives to join our call center team based in Karachi, Pakistan. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in forex sales, client acquisition, and lead conversion within the financial markets sector. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships while working in a target-driven environment. Candidates must be comfortable making outbound calls to promote forex trading services and converting leads into active clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate sales leads.
- Promote the company’s forex trading services and clearly explain product features.
- Convert qualified leads into active clients while maintaining professional communication.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and consistently meet assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Forex sales or working within a Forex brokerage call center is mandatory.
- Proven track record in telesales, lead conversion, and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven sales environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
