We are seeking a skilled and responsible Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The role involves the safe handling, loading, unloading, stacking, issuance, and dispatch of cotton bales. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth warehouse operations while adhering strictly to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate electric and diesel forklifts for loading, unloading, and stacking cotton bales.
- Safely operate bale clamp forklifts to stack bales at heights.
- Comply with all HSE standards and company safety procedures at all times.
- Assist with warehouse activities related to bale issuance and dispatch processes.
- Conduct basic inspections, routine checks, and maintenance of forklifts.
- Handle cotton bales carefully to prevent damage and ensure workplace safety.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a forklift or lifter operator, preferably within a cotton warehouse environment.
- Minimum education level of Matriculation.
- Valid LTV driving license and forklift operator license.
- Proficient in operating both diesel and electric forklifts.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety and HSE practices.
- Physically fit to perform demanding tasks related to bale handling and warehouse operations.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Must be able to safely work in a cotton warehouse setting and disclose any respiratory or allergy concerns that could impact job performance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the textile industry will be considered an advantage.
