Forward Deployed Engineer L2

The FDE L2 role is a fully productive individual contributor position focused on delivering stable AI and agentic solutions with moderate guidance. This role is responsible for managing defined workstreams within customer deployments and consistently translating requirements into functional systems. The position involves ownership of specific modules or sub-systems within deployments, handling standard customer environments and integrations, and beginning to influence solution design decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver production-grade agentic workflows within the assigned scope.
- Troubleshoot common issues related to large language models (LLMs), integrations, and deployments.
- Consistently apply continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), observability, and security best practices.
- Communicate delivery progress and potential risks clearly to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Strong production coding skills with experience in cloud-native development environments.
- Working knowledge of agent frameworks, including evaluation techniques and implementation of guardrails.
- Ability to apply context retrieval methods such as MCP/A2A with guidance.
- Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with customers and stakeholders.
- Experience in GenAI consulting for applications and infrastructure.
- 8 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
