The Ops Lab, a UK-based startup consultancy, is seeking a full-time, remote Founder's Associate / Executive Assistant to support leadership across multiple ventures. Operations and Processes: Establish and maintain operational systems, standard operating procedures (SOPs), project trackers, and reporting tools across ventures.

Communications and Documentation: Draft professional communications, prepare presentations and proposals, document meetings, and manage important business records.

Business Development Support: Assist with outreach, partnerships, lead management, CRM updates, and follow-ups with potential clients and collaborators.

Financial and Administrative Coordination: Support basic financial tracking, invoicing, expense monitoring, and administrative tasks.

Problem-Solving and Improvement: Identify inefficiencies, anticipate challenges, and recommend or implement process improvements proactively.

Comfortable leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

High levels of discretion, professionalism, reliability, and integrity.

Adaptability and willingness to take on responsibilities beyond a traditional job description.

Previous experience in executive assistance, founder’s associate roles, operations, project coordination, or startup environments is advantageous.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates who enjoy building and scaling ventures, not just managing tasks, will thrive in this role. The position is ideal for someone who can transform ideas into actionable plans, coordinate teams effectively, and ensure successful execution. The ability to anticipate needs, challenge priorities constructively, and offer solutions is highly valued.

This role offers significant growth potential as the scope will evolve alongside the expansion of existing businesses and the launch of new ventures.
