Founder's Associate

Kitsune AI is a founder-led, operator-built company dedicated to developing agentic AI systems that help businesses, creators, and marketers overcome commercial challenges through AI-powered execution. The Founder’s Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role works closely with the founding team, supporting strategy, operations, and product execution. The primary responsibility is to assist the founders in structuring and managing projects, preparing briefings, and translating complex ideas into actionable plans and deliverables. Daily tasks include conducting market, product, and competitor research, synthesizing insights, and producing presentations, memos, and decision-ready documents. The role also involves coordinating workflows across consulting, product, and incubator tracks, managing priorities, and developing lightweight systems to track progress and outcomes. Additionally, the Founder’s Associate supports client and partner interactions by capturing requirements and ensuring follow-through on key initiatives, while fostering a culture of practical, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to structure and manage strategic projects.
- Conduct in-depth research on markets, products, and competitors, synthesizing findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Prepare presentations, memos, and briefing documents that support decision-making.
- Coordinate workflows between consulting, product development, and incubator teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Manage priorities and develop simple systems to track project progress and outcomes.
- Support client and partner engagements by capturing requirements and facilitating follow-through on initiatives.
- Contribute to building a culture focused on practical, high-quality execution and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating structured documentation, presentations, and briefs.
- Proven operational and organizational abilities, including project coordination, prioritization, and process development.
- Comfort working with technology and AI tools, with a keen interest in agentic AI systems, workflow automation, and business transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore and collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
