Framer Designer/Developer

Leveraging modern tools like Framer, Webflow, Figma, Shopify, and WordPress, we focus on delivering conversion-driven digital experiences. We are currently looking for a talented Framer Designer to transform visually appealing UI designs into responsive, interactive, and production-ready websites that enhance user engagement and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern, responsive websites using Framer.
- Accurately convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect Framer experiences.
- Create adaptable layouts that function seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Build engaging interactions, animations, and micro-interactions to improve user experience.
- Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate closely with design and development teams to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve layout and responsiveness issues.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience designing websites with strong proficiency in Framer.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design techniques.
- Proven ability to work with Figma and convert designs into fully functional websites.
- Skilled in creating animations and interactive elements within Framer.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to enhance site visibility.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Webflow and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Background in SaaS, startup, or eCommerce projects.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Familiarity with AI tools to streamline and enhance design workflows.
- Competitive compensation ranging from Rs250,000 to Rs300,000 per month on a project or monthly basis.

Candidates are required to submit a portfolio that includes a Framer portfolio link, personal portfolio website, LinkedIn profile, and 3 to 5 of their best Framer projects. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

During the selection process, candidates will be asked about their years of experience with Framer, portfolio links, prior experience converting Figma designs to Framer, involvement in SaaS or eCommerce projects, expected monthly compensation, availability for client meetings, and the AI tools they use in their design workflow.
