Frappe Developer

XAD Group of Companies is looking for a skilled and motivated Frappe / ERPNext Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, and optimizing ERPNext applications to meet business needs. This role requires hands-on experience with the Frappe Framework, ERPNext modules, and payroll-related workflows. Strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure smooth system performance and effective customization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
- Configure, manage, and optimize ERPNext modules based on business requirements.
- Customize payroll, HR, and employee management workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, system scripts, and other customized functionalities.
- Manage DocTypes, custom fields, client scripts, server scripts, and workflows to tailor the system.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and system performance challenges promptly.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with HR and other departments to understand requirements and implement effective ERP solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and seamless integration of customized features.

Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with the Frappe Framework and ERPNext development.
- Practical knowledge of the ERPNext Payroll module and HR-related workflows.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Experience in developing and customizing DocTypes, custom fields, scripts, and workflows within ERPNext.
- Solid understanding of ERPNext configuration, reporting, dashboards, and system customization.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience implementing and maintaining ERPNext solutions in a business environment.
- Familiarity with HR operations, payroll processing, and employee management systems.

Salary and Work Arrangement
- Salary range: PKR 90,000 – 100,000 per month.
- Work arrangement: Remote / Work From Home.
