This part-time, remote position offers a flexible work-from-home arrangement with working hours from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM Pakistan Time, totaling three hours daily. The role involves sourcing and engaging with US-based candidates primarily through LinkedIn and other platforms, facilitating their application processes, and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment efforts. Compensation is performance-based, with an average monthly earning between PKR 30,000 and 60,000, paid bi-monthly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to US-based candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Engage with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
- Facilitate the application process for candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.

Required Qualifications:
- An active LinkedIn profile that is at least one year old with a minimum of 300 connections.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Own a laptop and have a reliable internet connection.
- Availability to work three hours daily from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM Pakistan Time.
