Freelancing Expert

Modern Ways Consortium (MWC), in collaboration with Sir Syed Education Society (SSES), is seeking 13 experienced freelancing professionals to join its MW-IPN programme. This initiative aims to integrate freelancing and digital skills into mainstream education for students from Grades 1 to 12. The positions are based primarily in Wah Cantt, Taxila, Hassan Abdal, and Greater Wah, with one opening in Havelian. The role requires on-site presence during school hours, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the implementation of the freelancing curriculum across assigned schools.
- Mentor teachers by addressing technical and learning challenges related to digital and freelancing skills.
- Guide students in acquiring practical skills through projects and ensure measurable learning outcomes.
- Conduct parent awareness sessions and counselling focused on digital skills and future career opportunities.
- Monitor teaching quality, evaluate student progress, and prepare detailed reports on results.
- Coordinate effectively with school administration and Modern Ways Consortium management to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Actively earning freelancers with proven expertise in at least one of the following skill areas: AI & Digital Productivity, Graphic Design & Visual Identity, AI Image Creation & Illustration, Writing & Storytelling, Video/Audio/Animation, Social Media & Personal Branding, Web Design & No-Code Publishing, Coding/Games/Apps/Robotics, Digital Marketing & SEO, or Data/Research/Virtual Assistance.
- A verifiable portfolio demonstrating client work and consistent freelancing income.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Residency within the local area with availability during school hours to fulfill on-site responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Teaching or mentoring experience is considered an advantage.
- Selected freelancers may have additional earning opportunities by serving as professional trainers for other Modern Ways Consortium programmes, with separate payment arrangements.
