We are seeking motivated Customer Premises Associates to join our team in Taxila. The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting internet services directly at customer locations. This role requires hands-on fieldwork, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure internet connections at customer premises.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity, modem, and related technical issues.
- Conduct regular maintenance and service visits to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain high standards of installation quality and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed installation and service reports for documentation and follow-up.

Required Qualifications:
- A 3-year Diploma (DAE) in IT, Electronics, Electrical, or Telecom is mandatory. Fresh candidates are welcome.
- Ownership of a motorcycle with a valid driving license is required for field mobility.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel to various customer locations.
- Basic understanding of networking and internet troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of fiber optics and telecom equipment is essential.
- Good problem-solving abilities combined with a customer service mindset.

This is a full-time position based in Taxila, with a monthly salary range of PKR 40,000 to 80,000. The work will be conducted in person, requiring candidates to be physically present at customer sites.
