Fresh-Experienced Calling Agents For Evening Shift (6 PM-12:30 AM) Only For Karachi Candidates

We are seeking a part-time, on-site calling agent based in Karachi to join a dynamic travel promotion campaign focused on outbound lead generation. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who are comfortable working evening shifts from 5:50 PM to 12:30 AM. The position requires strong English communication skills, confidence in phone interactions, and the ability to engage customers effectively. Training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers as part of the travel promotion campaign
- Engage prospects with confidence and professionalism to generate qualified leads
- Actively listen to customer needs and respond appropriately to inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Meet or exceed set KPIs and contribute to team targets
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call strategies and customer engagement

Required Qualifications
- Proficient in English speaking and comprehension
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone
- Confidence in handling outbound calls and engaging with diverse customers
- Ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer queries
- Basic understanding of outbound call center operations is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work the evening shift from 5:50 PM to 12:30 AM
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience
