Fresh Graduates - BDE

NSOL BPO, a dynamic business process outsourcing company serving clients in the United States and other international markets, is seeking a motivated and confident Business Development Associate to join their onsite team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in business development and international client acquisition. The position offers hands-on experience with various business development channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, Apollo, and social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting outreach, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time), with a competitive monthly salary range of PKR 60,000 to 100,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn, Apollo, social media, and other prospecting platforms.
- Conduct professional outreach to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Support and execute email marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Build and maintain prospect lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead information.
- Coordinate effectively with prospects, internal teams, and management.
- Follow up consistently with potential clients to maintain communication and engagement.
- Learn and utilize new business development tools, platforms, and strategies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, leads, and follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving assigned business development and lead-generation targets.
- Continuously improve outreach, communication, and prospecting techniques based on feedback and results.

Required Qualifications
