Fresh Hire - US Sales

We are seeking a motivated and professional Fresh Sales Associate for the night shift to join our team in Wapda Town, Lahore. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build their communication, customer service, and professional skills within a dynamic call center environment. The role involves handling inbound sales calls for US home services, responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate information, maintaining records, and following company procedures. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite during night hours and possess good English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer questions and requirements clearly.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about company services and processes.
- Make outbound calls when necessary to follow up or support sales efforts.
- Adhere to call handling procedures and company guidelines consistently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers as required to ensure satisfaction.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant teams.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets and expectations.
- Maintain professional communication and punctual attendance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve goals.

This is a full-time, on-site position with shift timings from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time. Remote work is not available for this role. The monthly salary ranges from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 55,000, depending on experience and performance.
