Fresh O/A Level Candidates Required

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential candidates and clients to understand their needs and provide suitable recruitment solutions.
- Handle customer support and call center activities, focusing on US-based campaigns.
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to maintain clear and professional interactions.
- Listen attentively to client and candidate concerns, providing problem-solving support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases using MS Office and other computer applications.
- Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and contribute to overall business goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh A/O Level students are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in customer support or call center roles, especially related to US campaigns, is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, including both written and verbal proficiency.
- Strong listening skills combined with effective problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.
