Fresh O/A Levels Candidate Required

We are seeking enthusiastic fresh A/O Level students to join our team as Recruiters. You will be working full-time in Karachi with evening to early morning shifts, gaining valuable experience in recruitment and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential candidates and clients to understand their needs and match them with suitable opportunities.
- Conduct interviews and screen applicants to ensure they meet job requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and improve processes.
- Provide excellent customer support, particularly in handling US-based campaigns.
- Utilize MS Office and other computer applications to manage recruitment data efficiently.

Required Qualifications
- Fresh A/O Level students are highly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in customer support or call center roles, especially involving US campaigns, is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong listening abilities, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal aptitude.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.
