Cozmuler Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd., an authorized dealer of Rosenberg Fans Germany, is seeking a motivated and energetic fresh Mechanical Engineer to join its sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to build a career that blends HVAC engineering, technical sales, client relationship management, and business development. The successful candidate will engage with consultants, contractors, MEP companies, HVAC professionals, developers, and clients to promote a range of high-quality fans and ventilation equipment.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit consultants, MEP contractors, HVAC contractors, developers, architects, and end users to introduce Rosenberg ventilation and fan products.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present the company’s products, explaining their technical features, applications, and advantages.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable fan and ventilation solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to prepare quotations and technical proposals.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
- Identify new projects and potential business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Monitor upcoming construction and HVAC projects to develop sales leads.
- Assist clients and consultants with basic technical information, product selection, and application guidance.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding equipment specifications, technical submittals, and product approvals.
- Maintain detailed records of client visits, leads, quotations, and sales opportunities.
- Represent Cozmuler professionally during client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 0–1 year of experience in HVAC, technical sales, or business development is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of HVAC, ventilation, air movement, and mechanical systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional personality with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Ownership of a motorcycle or car with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project/site visits.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong eagerness to learn technical products and develop a career in technical sales.

The company offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs55,000 per month, along with travel and transport allowances.
