Freshers Sales Agent- Night Shift

We are seeking motivated freshers to join our team as Sales Agents for the night shift. This role involves engaging with customers through live chat, providing detailed information about our products and services, and driving sales to meet individual and team targets. The position offers a fixed night shift schedule and an opportunity to grow within a supportive and dynamic company environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide clear, detailed, and accurate information about Zyltech’s products and services.
- Promote company offerings and successfully close sales.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Resolve customer issues with a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Work fixed night shift hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Required Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or candidates with little to no prior sales experience are welcome.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with live chat platforms.
- Willingness to work night shifts consistently.
