We are seeking Fresh or Junior Electrical Engineers to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and excellent organizational capabilities. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate a good understanding of project management principles to contribute effectively to ongoing and upcoming projects. This role requires working on-site, providing hands-on support and collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of electrical engineering projects.
- Support senior engineers in project planning and execution.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth project progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to project activities.
- Participate in site visits and inspections as required.
- Contribute to problem-solving and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Uphold safety standards and comply with company policies during all phases of work.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and with clients.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts.
- Willingness to work on-site and engage directly with project teams.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply.
