Nayab Labs & Diagnostic Centre is seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Officer to join the team at our main branch located in Blue Area, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and capable of managing front desk operations efficiently in a busy healthcare environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain a welcoming reception area while supporting both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations including appointments and patient registration.
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp queries, and general inquiries promptly.
- Provide guidance to patients regarding laboratory tests, medical services, and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the facility.
- Maintain accurate patient records and front desk documentation.
- Assist with payments and billing-related tasks as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presents a professional environment.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a hospital, diagnostic laboratory, clinic, or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both English and Urdu languages.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
- Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
