Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with professionalism and warmth while managing front desk operations efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into scheduled consultations and loyal patients.
- Schedule appointments accurately and maintain consistent follow-up with patients to ensure engagement.
- Maintain detailed records and coordinate effectively with the clinical team to support patient care and clinic operations.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles.
- Fluency in both English and Urdu, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-groomed, energetic, and highly client-focused demeanor.
- Strong follow-up abilities and persuasive communication skills to convert leads into consultations.
