Our Islamabad office plays a key role in serving CSI divisions worldwide, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a tidy and well-stocked front desk with necessary materials such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Greet and welcome all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Respond to inquiries and handle complaints with professionalism and accuracy.
- Oversee clerical and administrative duties including answering phone calls and managing office supplies inventory.
- Manage filing systems and record information as required.
- Receive and distribute letters, packages, and other correspondence.
- Prepare outgoing mail, including drafting correspondence and securing parcels.
- Monitor, sort, and forward emails efficiently.
- Track office expenses and costs to support budget management.
- Assist Admin and HR teams with documentation and organizational tasks.
- Help maintain office common areas in an orderly fashion.
- Perform additional duties such as travel arrangements and schedule management as assigned.
- Support HR in scheduling job interviews and communicating with candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or higher, with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
