Platinum Fitness is seeking confident, professional, and sales-driven individuals to join our Front Desk & Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing membership inquiries, registrations, and renewals while actively converting leads and walk-ins into memberships. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to promote personal training packages and gym services, and effective coordination with trainers and management to ensure smooth daily operations. Candidates must be prepared to work flexible shifts and may be assigned to any of our Platinum Fitness facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle membership inquiries, registrations, and renewals efficiently.
- Convert prospective leads and walk-in clients into active gym members.
- Follow up with both prospective and existing members to maintain engagement.
- Promote personal training packages and additional gym services to members.
- Manage member payments, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily reports.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance member satisfaction.
- Coordinate with trainers and management to support seamless operational flow.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, reception, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with members and team.
- Professional appearance and a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency, including reporting skills.
- Flexibility to work across different Platinum Fitness locations based on shift assignments.
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Karachi Clifton before starting work.
