We are currently seeking a Frontend Engineer who is passionate about developing responsive, scalable, and high-performing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded professional with a strong sense of ownership, quality consciousness, and a product-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications.
- Provide engineering support throughout the lifecycle of frontend systems, including building, deploying, configuring, and maintenance.
- Write clear, maintainable code accompanied by comprehensive documentation, diagrams, and comments.
- Participate actively in design discussions and code reviews to ensure robust application development.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement modern and flexible frontend solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend innovations across the organization.
- Promote a culture of high code quality and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with React and Redux frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and object-oriented programming principles.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and reasoning abilities.
- Willingness and ability to explore new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
- Experience in writing reusable, well-abstracted, and high-performance UI components.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers.
- A strong ownership mindset with the capability to work independently on assigned modules.
