We are looking for a skilled Front End Developer with strong expertise in WordPress to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of modern front end development techniques and be capable of creating responsive, high-performance websites that deliver an excellent user experience. You will work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to build custom WordPress sites, implement new features, optimize site performance, and ensure compatibility across different browsers. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Next.js is considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites that meet project requirements.
- Convert design files from tools like Figma or Adobe XD into pixel-perfect web pages.
- Customize WordPress themes and templates to align with client needs.
- Build reusable front end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress best practices.
- Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and mobile performance.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front end issues and bugs efficiently.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, back end developers, and project managers throughout the development process.
- Maintain clean, well-structured, and documented code.
- Stay current with the latest web technologies, WordPress updates, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in front end development with WordPress.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience in developing and customizing WordPress themes.
- Familiarity with WordPress page builders such as Elementor.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Ability to optimize website performance and apply SEO-friendly development techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
