Experts Communication is looking for a motivated and experienced Front Sales Closer specializing in design services to join our team in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi. This role involves working the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting leads into long-term clients by effectively closing sales deals and managing client relationships. We offer a market-competitive salary along with various perks and benefits, with monthly sales targets ranging from $5,000 to $15,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in design services.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, follow-ups, and client meetings to nurture leads.
- Close deals by clearly presenting the value proposition of our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in design sales or a closely related field.
- Proven ability to close high-value sales transactions successfully.
- Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness and ability to work the designated night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
