Front Sales Closer-Design

Experts Communication is looking for a motivated and experienced Front Sales Closer specializing in design services to join our team in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi. This role requires a professional with a proven ability to close deals, negotiate effectively, and convert leads into long-term clients. The position operates on a night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. We offer a market-competitive salary along with various perks and benefits, with targets ranging between $5,000 and $15,000 monthly.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients interested in design services.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, follow-ups, and client meetings to nurture leads.
- Close sales by presenting compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and client loyalty.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in design sales or a closely related field.
- Strong skills in closing deals, negotiation, and consultative selling.
- Demonstrated success in managing and closing high-value sales transactions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Willingness and ability to work the specified night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
