We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on design campaign sales through platforms like Discord and Twitch. This full-time, onsite role is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, and requires working night shifts from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have between six months to two years of relevant experience and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities
- Engage and build relationships with clients primarily through Discord, Twitch, and other online platforms.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into sales by effectively communicating the value of our design campaigns.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently within the assigned night shift hours.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in IT, digital services, or agency environments.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Confidence in using Discord, Twitch, and similar platforms for client engagement and lead generation.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn new sales techniques and industry trends.
- Willingness to work night shifts (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on-site in Karachi, Gulshan-e-Iqbal.
