Front Sales Executive

TACK Solutions is seeking a confident and digitally proficient Front Sales Executive to join their team at the DHA Phase 7 office in Karachi. This full-time, onsite role requires working the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The successful candidate will engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, present appropriate solutions, and convert opportunities into sales. Strong English communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to use digital sales tools are essential for this position. The salary range offered is PKR 70,000 to 100,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and digital communication platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively present relevant products or services.
- Handle sales inquiries and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Build professional relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Utilize CRM systems and digital sales tools to manage daily activities.
- Work toward assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of client requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong confidence and professionalism in client interactions.
- Digitally equipped and tech-savvy, with the ability to work comfortably with CRM systems and modern digital platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in follow-up and relationship-building.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
