Front Sales Executive

Design Henge is seeking experienced Front Sales professionals to join our team in the design industry. We have openings for Front Sales roles focused on Websites and Logo services, operating within the US time zone (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM). Candidates should be comfortable working night shifts and have a strong sales orientation with targets ranging from $5,000 to $7,000. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Johar Block 4, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with international clients to promote and sell website and logo design services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
- Utilize social media marketing (SMM) platforms to generate leads and upsell services effectively.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Collaborate with the design and creative teams to understand service offerings and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with social media marketing (SMM) platforms.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in front sales or upselling roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in dealing with international clients.
- Experience in the design or creative industry is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to work the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Karachi office.
