Front Sales Executive

The Digital Operations Team is seeking a confident, energetic, and results-driven Front Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills to professionally engage with potential clients, understand their needs, build lasting relationships, and successfully convert leads into business opportunities. This role requires a motivated individual who thrives in a target-oriented environment and is comfortable working night shifts while interacting with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively and professionally with prospective clients to understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Convert leads into successful account acquisitions, meeting monthly targets.
- Achieve a performance goal of acquiring 15 to 20 new accounts per month.
- Contribute to monthly revenue goals ranging between $5,000 and $7,000.
- Work on campaigns focused on e-book and design services.
- Handle client negotiations with confidence and professionalism.
- Maintain a target-driven approach to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Operate efficiently during the night shift hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM on-site at the Karachi office.

- Proven ability to confidently handle client interactions and close sales.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- A professional demeanor in all client communications.
- Comfortable working with international clients and adapting to their needs.
- Willingness and ability to work the designated night shift on-site.
- A focused, performance-driven mindset with an emphasis on meeting targets.

- Experience in sales within digital or design-related campaigns is advantageous.
- Competitive salary package ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs150,000 per month, aligned with market standards.
