Front Sales Specialists (US)

We are seeking a motivated Front Sales Specialist (US) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing department to engage with qualified leads, reach out to potential clients, and effectively introduce our range of services. Your primary focus will be on building strong client relationships, delivering compelling sales pitches, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. Experience working with Bark and social media marketing (SMM) leads is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with leads provided by the marketing team and engage potential clients in meaningful conversations.
- Assess client needs and tailor presentations of our products and services accordingly.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Manage timely follow-ups and keep detailed records of all client interactions.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, playing a vital role in driving company revenue growth.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in design sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in front sales.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory to effectively communicate with clients.
- Willingness to work night shifts as required.
- Ability to work on-site in Karachi.

This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs120,000. The role requires in-person attendance at our Karachi office to ensure close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
