Full Cycle Closer

We are seeking a motivated Full Cycle Closer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. This role operates during the morning shift and requires a minimum of two years of relevant sales experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing leads throughout the entire sales process, from initial discovery to closing deals, ensuring smooth transitions within the sales pipeline. The salary range for this position is PKR 25,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture leads through all stages of the sales cycle, including discovery calls, product or service presentations, and timely follow-ups. Conduct negotiations to secure favorable terms and successfully close deals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system, ensuring pipeline visibility and data integrity. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers post-sale, supporting customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years’ experience in a sales or closing role, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM software and pipeline management tools to track and report on sales activities. Ability to work full-time on-site during morning shifts in Rawalpindi.
