Full-Stack AI Developer

We are a Swedish healthcare company with technology teams located in Stockholm and Pakistan, seeking a skilled full-stack developer with 3 to 4+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have practical experience building and deploying AI-powered products that are actively used by real users, moving beyond experimental or demo-level applications. This role involves working on diverse challenges such as developing patient-facing features, creating AI-driven automation workflows, refining prototypes, and troubleshooting existing AI systems. The successful candidate must be proactive and able to rapidly translate concepts into functional software without relying on fully detailed specifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new patient-facing features within the core healthcare product.
- Build AI agents and workflows to automate internal processes efficiently.
- Convert AI prototypes into stable, production-ready solutions.
- Investigate and resolve issues causing failures in AI systems.
- Analyze ambiguous problems, define clear requirements, and design effective solutions.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate across frontend, backend, and AI domains to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong full-stack development skills, especially with TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web frameworks.
- Proven track record of building at least one AI application actively used by real users.
- Hands-on experience integrating large language models (LLMs) into production environments, beyond local experimentation.
- Ability to manage AI-specific challenges such as unpredictable outputs, edge cases, latency, API/model failures, prompt/model changes, and debugging complex AI behaviors.
- Quick adaptability to understand and contribute to unfamiliar codebases.
- Flexibility to work across frontend, backend, and AI components as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a preference for rapid building and iterative testing over extended planning.

Technical Stack
Our primary technology stack includes TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, and Python. We work extensively with LLMs, AI APIs, agents, and automation tools, which evolve frequently. Prior knowledge of every tool is not expected, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

Compensation and Work Location
This position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs304,874 to Rs554,317. The role is hybrid remote based in Islamabad, offering flexibility in work arrangements.
