Full-Stack AI & SaaS Developer (React & Node.js) - 50,000Rs

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Full-Stack AI Developer to lead the development and scaling of our SaaS platform. In this role, you will bridge advanced AI technologies with a robust, production-ready infrastructure. Your work will involve designing intelligent, responsive user interfaces using React and building resilient, asynchronous server architectures with Node.js. The ideal candidate will go beyond simple API integrations, orchestrating complex multi-step AI workflows, designing efficient multi-tenant database schemas, and optimizing full-stack code for performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

AI Integration & Orchestration
- Build and deploy intelligent AI layers, including multi-agent workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration.
- Implement vector databases and semantic search functionalities for both structured and unstructured data retrieval.
- Manage background queues and state machines optimized for slow or streaming AI responses.

Full-Stack SaaS Engineering
- Develop dynamic, high-performance frontends using React.js or Next.js, ensuring exceptional user experience and interface design.
- Architect scalable backend APIs and microservices with Node.js (Express.js or NestJS) to support complex SaaS business logic.
- Implement multi-tenant SaaS architectures with robust subscription handling, user authentication, and data isolation.
- Integrate third-party ecosystems such as payment gateways (e.g., Stripe), analytics tools, and messaging APIs.

Infrastructure & Performance
- Optimize application performance for fast rendering, efficient database queries, and asynchronous API interactions.
- Maintain database integrity across relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) systems.
- Collaborate on DevOps workflows, maintain codebases through Git, and work within cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Supabase.

Required Qualifications

Core Stack Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years professional full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on SaaS applications.
- Expert proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
- Deep expertise in Node.js runtime, JavaScript/ES6+, and building secure RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Practical experience with AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph, or native integration with OpenAI/Anthropic SDKs. Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, pgvector, or Milvus.
- Strong knowledge of both SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) database ecosystems.
