Full Stack Developer (AI Development)

M J IT Solution is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with practical experience in AI development to join their on-site team in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for building modern web applications and integrating AI-powered features into real client and product projects. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js.
- Build and integrate backend services and APIs to support application functionality.
- Integrate AI and large language model (LLM) APIs to create AI-powered features.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code to ensure application reliability.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality products.
- Debug, optimize, and improve application performance continuously.
- Participate actively in code reviews and technical planning sessions to maintain code quality and project alignment.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with React and Next.js.
- Hands-on experience in AI development, including working with LLM APIs, chatbots, automation, or similar technologies.
- Strong full stack development skills covering front-end, back-end, and database management.
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and version control using Git.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Lahore.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with Node.js, Python, or both is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar systems.
