We are seeking two skilled Full-Stack Developers with 2 to 3 years of professional experience post-graduation to join our development team in Karachi. The roles are designed for candidates with a solid foundation across the full application stack but with a clear specialization either in front-end or back-end development. One position focuses on front-end technologies and user interface implementation, while the other emphasizes back-end development, database design, and API architecture. Both roles require collaboration, problem-solving skills, and the ability to contribute effectively to the entire development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications across both front-end and back-end components.
- Integrate APIs, databases, authentication systems, and third-party services.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-structured, and reusable code.
- Debug issues, optimize application performance, and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with team members to plan, implement, test, and deliver new features.
- Use Git, GitHub, or equivalent version control tools proficiently.
- Follow best practices for security, testing, documentation, and deployment.

For the Front-End-Focused Full-Stack Developer, responsibilities include translating UI/UX designs into responsive, accessible interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in component architecture, state management, form validation, and API integration, alongside a good understanding of browser performance and cross-browser compatibility. Basic back-end knowledge is required to work with APIs and authentication.

For the Back-End and Database-Focused Full-Stack Developer, the focus is on designing and developing REST or GraphQL APIs, database schema design, query optimization, and ensuring data integrity. Candidates should have strong experience with back-end languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or C#. Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL and NoSQL options like MongoDB is essential. Responsibilities also include implementing authentication, authorization, security measures, error handling, and automated testing.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of full-stack development experience after graduation.
- Strong fundamentals across the full application stack with specialization in either front-end or back-end development.
- For front-end specialization: proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue).
- For back-end specialization: experience with back-end languages, API development, and database management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment using version control tools.
- Clear communication skills and problem-solving ability.
