Full Stack Developer - Healthcare SaaS

CuranetMD is an expanding healthcare support company specializing in comprehensive medical billing and revenue cycle management services for clinics and healthcare providers. Our mission is to help healthcare practices increase revenue, reduce claim denials, and optimize operational efficiency through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop user interface screens from finalized designs using an existing component library, ensuring precise adherence to specifications.
- Create API endpoints and implement the data access layer that supports these screens.
- Design and maintain relational database schemas, collaborating with senior engineers for structural reviews.
- Build and maintain a rules engine that processes structured data into ordered, conditional outputs.
- Develop and enhance the internal administrative tool used by the operations team, including workflows for review, approval, and publishing.
- Implement authentication mechanisms, manage user roles and permissions, and enforce data boundaries according to architectural guidelines.
- Maintain high code quality by ensuring all automated checks—linting, contract tests, and builds—pass before deployment.
- Proactively address specification conflicts by raising concerns prior to coding rather than after.
- Write and maintain comprehensive tests for all logic under your ownership.
- Manage deployment processes and perform basic monitoring for both staging and production environments.
- Document key technical decisions and the rationale behind them in concise written records.

Required Qualifications

- 0 to 2 years of professional experience, or final-year students and recent graduates with at least one significant project they have independently developed and can thoroughly explain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable skills.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React, capable of building multi-screen applications with state management, forms, validation, and routing without external guidance.
- Experience with at least one backend programming language such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or .NET, with the ability to clearly explain your choice.
- Strong SQL skills, including writing joins, grouping queries, and designing database schemas.
- Daily use of Git for version control, including branching, pull requests, and making small, focused commits.
